Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions! At Planned by Page, we understand that planning your dream wedding or special event comes with a lot of questions. To help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, we've compiled answers to some of the most common questions our clients ask. Where do you travel to?
We service the NSW South coast (Bulli to Jervis Bay), the Southern Highlands and Macarthur area. If your wedding is out of these areas please check in with us to see if we can cater to your request. At this stage we do not service Sydney CBD but can recommend some amazing business that do!
What Package do I need?
We love to help with as much of your wedding as you need. We have a range of planning and on the day options to choose from that will suit your needs. See our Packages Page for more info on the different packages we offer. Still need help, then get in touch and we will be happy to help!
My Venue has a person on site but do i still need you?
We happily can work alongside any venue supplied staff. We encourage you to confirm exaclty what they do on the day of the wedding as we can then confirm how our role can compliment them. Generally our day includes setting up all the decor, being your ultimate errand girl, and the liaison for the vendors coming on site. How much are your packages?
We pride ourselves on being transparent with our pricing you can see all prices and inclusions on our packages page. You can always reach out to us to confirm prices and availability.
How long is your Day Coordinatior service?
Our On-the-Day Coordinator package includes being on site for 10 hours on the wedding day. This generally is an 11am til 9pm shift. It includes assistance in the set up, coordinating your vendors and guests, and then departing after all your formalities are complete. If this sounds like what you need, send us an Enquiry form!
Can you Explain the booking process?
Firstly, thanks for wanting to book Planned By Page! Secondly, just send us an email to confirm our availability. We can organise a complimentary phone consult and then I send you an electronic T&C to sign with your non refundable booking fee. Its as simple as that!
How does your planning packages work?
Our method of planning your wedding is to firstly get a full understanding of what your dream wedding is. Then with each component I am booked to plan, i present you with 3 options. One that ticks every single box, one that ticks most of your boxes and one that ticks a few to enable you the option to choose the best vendor for you and your day. I get all quotes, check availability and we work together to create your dream wedding.
Do you have a recommendation list?
We are spoilt for choice of amazing vendors here on the coast so i will always support local creatives first and formost for your wedding, but they need to align with your vision of your dream wedding. Yes i have some amazing friends who I love to work alongside, but will always choose vendors if they are what suits YOU and YOUR wedding.
